From our collaboration with Vienna based designer Mafalda Kahane, the ceramic placemats are cast from a mold derived from straw weaving, acknowledging both the Wiener Werkstätte’s weaving tradition and Flögl’s background in textiles as well as weaving in Portuguese artistry.
